Choreo Collective brings local dancers and choreographers together in an open, supportive community to engage in the creative process and produce new work to share with the public.
This means that there is no Artistic Director. If you want to make work, you can. Choreo Collective is a Space, both mental and physical, in which to explore movement ideas.
Are you looking to...
participate actively in the creative process?
learn and perform new work?
improvise and make up phrases?
experience different movement styles?
understand the creative visions of diverse choreographers?
join a welcoming community of dancers?
If you answered "yes" to any of the above, then come try Choreo Collective! We are currently having sessions on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, from 7:30-9:30 pm at Barriskill Dance Theater School in Durham. Come. Play. Explore! Upcoming Shows
